KPS Health Plans was established by the members of the Kitsap County Medical Society in 1946 as a medical service bureau.  Plans are only available in Western Washington counties.

KPS Health Plans was recently ranked highest of all plan in WA State by members for overall satisfaction in a recent survey by CheckBook magazine.

By far, the most popular KPS plan is the Sound Harbor Classic $500 deductible plan. Some of the Classic Plan highlights include:
