The Confident Dental Plan is a very popular plan that offers benefits to companies with two or more employees.

With Confident Dental you have the freedom to choose any licensed dentist; there is no directory to choose from.

Plan benefits are similar to most group plans, that is, 100% coverage for Preventive Care, 80% for Basic, and 50% for Major.  The annual deductible is waived for preventive care.  The annual maximum is $1000 per person/per year but can be increased to $1500 or $2000 depending on the group size.  There are no waiting periods for Preventive or Basic Services and a 12 month waiting period for Major Services. The waiting period for Major Services will be credited for those that have qualifying prior coverage.
